Grilled Pork Chops
Make these pork chops with whichever cooking method you prefer. On the grill, in your smoker, or in the oven. These pork chops will be your best kind yet!
- Preheat grill
- Brush pork chops with olive oil to coat, and rub in ½ teaspoon of Savvy Goose Memphis Dust on each side of the chops
- Grill the chops using a hot grill surface to let the Memphis Dust caramelize.
- Chops will vary on cooking time. Test the doneness using a meat thermometer, internal temperature should read 160 degrees. Pull off the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
