Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds Ribeye Roast (trimmed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Savvy Goose Prime Cut

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Using a small mixing bowl, add olive oil and about 3 to 4 tablespoons of the Savvy Goose Prime Cut Seasoning. Mix well and brush the mixture on the meat until well coated.
- In a roasting pan add the meat, roast for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes or until roast reaches internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare.
- Let the meat rest after cooking for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Savvy Note: Add some salt to the raw roast for an hour (or up to a couple of days!) prior to cooking. This will even more juice and tenderness to the cooked prime rib.
