  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Using a small mixing bowl, add olive oil and about 3 to 4 tablespoons of the Savvy Goose Prime Cut Seasoning. Mix well and brush the mixture on the meat until well coated.
  3. In a roasting pan add the meat, roast for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes or until roast reaches internal temperature of 135 degrees for medium rare.
  4. Let the meat rest after cooking for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Savvy Note: Add some salt to the raw roast for an hour (or up to a couple of days!) prior to cooking. This will even more juice and tenderness to the cooked prime rib.
