Fall has arrived and with it comes pumpkins! Don’t throw them away, roast the seeds for a perfect Halloween snack.

Directions

  1. To roast pumpkin seeds, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease pan with olive oil. Add the seeds and roast for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and place in a mixing bowl, add the olive oil and seasoning. Mix well so seeds are well coated. May add salt to taste if needed.
