Perfect for a weeknight dinner, this easy fish taco recipe with our spicy Cajun Voodoo has the perfect hint of spice with lots of flavor. It’s your perfect way to spice up taco night!
Ingredients
For marinade:
- 1 pound Mahi Mahi
- 1 tablespoon Savvy Goose Cajun Voodoo
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 1 lime juiced
For garnish:
- Red cabbage roughly chopped
- sour cream
- thinly sliced green onions
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup cojita cheese
- flour tortillas
Prep Time: 1-2 hours
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

- Combined all ingredients in a sealable bag and let fish marinade for 1-2 hours
- Preheat your grill to 425 degrees with a cast iron pan inside
- Place your fish in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the cast iron carefully and let sit for 4-5 minutes before assembling tacos.
Savvy Note: Add your favorite queso as an additional topping on each taco, or substitute the Habanero Hot Lips for the Cajun Voodoo to add a bit more heat!
